Regular cleaning focuses primarily on surfaces: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping down kitchens and bathrooms. Housekeeping is much more comprehensive — we take care of the home as a whole. This includes changing and making beds, washing and ironing laundry, tidying away items, sorting cupboards, and taking care of the little details that keep everyday life running smoothly.
We are based in Chester and primarily cover Chester City Centre, Hoole, Upton, Curzon Park, Boughton, Handbridge, Christleton, Tarporley, and surrounding Cheshire West villages. If you live slightly further afield, please get in touch as we frequently accommodate nearby areas by arrangement.
Absolutely. Every home and family is different. Some weeks you might need more ironing and a wardrobe sort; other weeks you might want a focus on the kitchen or guest bedrooms. We tailor our time to whatever is most helpful to you.
No, many of our clients are at work or out during the day. We can arrange secure key holding or lockbox access. If you work from home, we are accustomed to working quietly and respectfully around calls and daily routines.
